sweet, i started exercising to prepare myself for shaolin
-
Just don't lift weights the same day as when you're going to do cardio lol
-
Kung fu weights? Sounds dangerous.

Edited by GrandmasterNinja: 1/14/2013 5:28:47 PMWeighted Kung Fu all the way lol But seriously Tue Thurs and Sat is for Weights Mon Wed and Fri is for Kung Fu Get on my level
-
I'd rather avoid that level. I'm avoiding bulking as best I can. What I do need, however is a decent activity to keep fit, rather than the treadmill. Thinking of rockclimbing.
-
Why avoid bulking? That's what the ladies like!
-
I'm 6ft 4, not only would I require LOADS of protein as well as a change in my gym habbits; I personally think that my 80kg frame and strength is very healthy. I won't gain any strength by bulking and it requires much more in the way of maintenance.
-
You're 6'4 and approx 176.37 lbs? Pretty good I guess. I'm 5'10 and 158 lbs now. I just want to keep getting stronger right until the muscle is going to limit my flexibility. I don't know what the point will be but once I get there, I won't lift heavier lol.

Edited by goldhawk: 1/14/2013 5:57:52 PMYeah, thats the way to go. I've found the point where i feel comfortable with myself, I can lift a decent amount of weight and i actually just go for maintenance. I could do some more work on my biceps, as I think they are underdeveloped in relation to my triceps but aside from that everything is in proportion. Which is exactly what you should strive for - a body that is in proportion, and requires minimal maintenance.
-
When you're training your biceps, troll by curling in the squat rack lol.

Thanks for this lol
