Darkness 3 dead ghost is still bugged.
I can't get this ghost to spawn for anything. It's never there. Not during missions, not during patrols, and not during strikes.
I even tried deleting a character and starting over as I've heard that can trigger it to spawn, but now that didn't work either.

2 RepliesIt's a known bug for many people. It's one of the only ghosts they didn't fix last patch. It was patched back in late fall last year and people who find it since then can get it. But if you "found" it before that it no longer appears and doesn't show up in grimoire. I'm sure bungie is working on it
