I have would love hard light if it was arc. As it sits now, hard light just can't compare to some of the other exotic primaries.

Why arc it is blue because it basically shoots super heated plastic at the enemy.

Could also be plastic that is what I figured since a good amount of the time I hear polymer it is usually plastic but yes it could also be ceramic
