I can't see my guardian in the Destiny App of Android

Hello, sorry my english I'm spanish, I have downloaded the Destiny App for Android and I can't see my guardian, every is black. Please help

I have the same problem on ios. I had two guardians before i downloaded the app and connected with Xbox 360 live account. It's getting annoying. I cant find a fix for it either
