I outgun people using thorn,vex,suros, and fusion rifles.... What am I using? Time on target if I'm running inective or ice breaker. Or bad juju.

You're landing your shots first, strafing properly and are probably a better player than the guys using those guns. Take a player at your level and give them those same guns, you'll be losing 9/10 times. This is until the buff comes later this month. After that, things should change.
