Pulses just don't have the necessary impact to make them relevant.
The only pulse I Have ever seen that might be useful was the Crucible one being sold. It is Three Little Words. The impact on that pulse rifle is probably 10x better than any other pulse. But, you are sacrificing rate of fire.

I have one too. Even with full auto, the slow rof handicaps it against autos, hc and scouts. The upcoming buff will change this, however.
