High rate of fire low impact pulse rifles are weird. You're pretty much spraying like an auto rifle so I don't see why you just use one of those instead. Low rate of fire high impact pulse rifles are really good though. Three Little Words can kill in two bursts if every headshot lands. These types of pulse rifles really reward timing and accuracy, which is what pulses are about, IMO.
