Barney,
Here are my favorite primaries and why.
-universal remote: this is ONLY if you have the ability to make a sniper work at all but close distance. Combine with blink or invisibility for added benefits. Unlike other shotguns, aim for the head.
-tlw: it is broken. 111's while ads. That is all
-thorn: it is broken. 2 shot kill cross map. Visible dot
-mida multi tool: I use this as a "tool" to move quickly around the map. Shoulder charge ftw. Switch to special when close.
-timurs lash: spec for lucky or final round or crowd control. 2 shot kills
-gheleons demise: 3 shot kills cross map. Spec for firefly
-vanquisher 8: spec reactive reload and stability/rangefinder
... The list can go on. I would have put no land beyond but that gun is punishing to use in sweaty matches

As someone who religiously uses Thorn, TLW, and Hawkmoon, the only 1v1 encounter I ever lose to in mid range is either the same weapons or the Vex

I like the vex but it isn't as consistent as I would like. Either it's an insta kill, or it tickles my enemy. With tlw I can pretty much predict a kill with the first 3-4 shots

ya it is but its so fun when you get on a role, plus you know people are like ahhhh fudge he killed me with NLB?! which makes it that much more satisfying lol

Me and a friend both roll with nlb. We make it work in doubles.

That lash though. I bought 2 lashes last IB one has final round and I was wondering if it was a 2 shot kill(just now leveling it up). I'm going to reroll the other one for Zen moment, armor piercing, and final round cause I'm curious to see if the armor piercing round+final round will make it a 1 shot kill.
