No offense Bungie - but I like the older E3 2006 Mjolnir Armor texture better. The hammered concrete looked a lot like the WWII metals used on the tanks - and that look would be very effective in HALO 3, since humanity is facing it's own WWII against the Covenant. Additionally, it made the character more tangible, more real and believable. Just my 2 Cents. ;)

Isnt anyone here pissed off that they are thinking of making us pay for the Bungie Maps. When he said probably that means they will. I dont want to pay for my maps, i like the old system!!!!

I would like to congratulate our Former Bungie Princess for Finishing the Virginia Mason Team Medicine Marathon At Seafair in Bellevue Washington today, of which I had the Privledge of being there but I think I missed her finish as I don't think I saw her. Anyways here are her results: Alta Hartmann bib number: 380 age: 30 gender: F location: Seattle, WA overall place: 384 out of 479 division place: 21 out of 22 gender place: 145 out of 151 time: 5:39:07 pace: 12:57 half: 0: Alta if you read this I am saying that although you did not place first you finished which proves that you are tough as nails and have a dogged determination and is a monumentous feet that no one can deny Congrats on Finishing and you Will be missed your highness, Have fun at your big person job. Fair enough you wish to make a profit from making maps, you're only human. But please don't get drawn into the idea of denying your customers the opportunity to wait 3/4 months out to recieve the maps for free. You don't need to. If you have put half as much effort into this game as you have suggested on your updates, then Halo3 multiplayer is going to be fantastic. (The Beta certainly suggested so anyway in my opinion.) So have faith that the money you are going to make from Map sales will be due to your customers actually wanting to play these maps as opposed to people buying your products simply hoping to keep up with their friends online who have already done so.

Nice update. Hey, is the Blastacular map pack supposed to be free now? I just checked and it still charged $4. I'm not complaining because if it is free it's jipping other who paid $2 a map. I just want to play some matchmaking.
