We are all about fun, team based games are so much more fun to play with a group of guys who work together well, and that is what [R2K] is trying to do. However, your rank will be determined on a few things: your skill level, how well you work with other people, and your activity within the clan. We will most likely have a group of our 8 best players, with the rank "Elite." This will be our starting team for clan matches. However, though the rest of our members will have a lower rank, we will probably have a second team that can either fill in for elites if they cannot make a clan match, or play in clan matches against other clans with a slightly lower skill level than those that the elite team will play. We will practice regularly, and all members should be at these practices if they can (one thing I like to stress is that real life is always more important then a video game. I'd always like members to be at the practices and matches, but if you can't for whatever reason, that is perfectly fine.) Also, we plan on expanding to other xbox titles in the future.
