Apprentice Program
[url=http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/661/Group/GroupHome.aspx]The Exosphere[/url] is running a program dedicated to 7th Column members who want to increase their knowledge of running a Group. We'll show you the ropes and get you started. All participants start out with a few staff privileges and as you progress, we'll give you more control. Once you're ready, you can stay as a staff member or go off and begin work on your own Group. Anyone interested can PM me or stop by and drop a line in our Guest Book. Don't miss this chance to gain the knowledge and experience you need.

Since the primary purpose of this particular group is to help people to become better column founders and managers, it really [i]is[/i] on topic for The Septagon. I'm not picking sides, just saying that I can see and understand both. A mod ruling would of course be the final word. On a side note, well done Albie in creating a training environment for the New Column Hotness. A very good idea. I hope that you have tons of patience and a good supply of anti-depressant medications, because many folks appear to need training-wheels.
