Why won't my halo 2 stats show?
I was trying to look at my halo 2 stats and such, but it doesn't show them. I know for a fact I'm on the right account.
Any reason for this? :(

If you changed it recently, it might be gone. Did you play Halo 2 before Bungie sealed the coffin?

According to sawnose every night around 2 AM PST the system checks for gamertag changes and updates them. Perhaps your account activity was just so low that the system has yet to check your gamertag. Since today was your first post in 1.5 years I would say just wait around check back tomorrow and perhaps the system will catch you and fix your stats (being you played a game online before the shutdown on 3/31/2012)

When you changed your gamertag name, you would have to play 1 online game in order for your statistics to update on Bungie.net. Halo 2 online was discontinued on 04/15/2010 so any gamertag name changes made after that date would not update on Bungie.net. If you changed your name before that date, but did not play Halo 2 after the change, your Halo 2 statistics would still be shown with the original gamertag name. This is just an assumption by the way; the Bungie web team knows exactly how the system worked.

Xbox Live no longer supports Halo 2. It was through Xbox Live that this website was able to get your Halo 2 stats. Since Xbox Live no longer supports Halo 2, this site can no longer recieve and show the stats. It has been like this for a couple of years now. [Edited on 11.17.2012 6:04 PM PST]

Use the search bar and type in the gamertag you last played Halo 2 on.

If I was to change my tag back, would that make it appear? The stats disappear entirely? thanks for the help, I'm pretty bummed out. Halo 4 has been the only halo game worth playing since halo 2 (I'm actually enjoying it) [Edited on 11.17.2012 5:24 PM PST]

Since Halo 2 no longer had Xbox LIVE support the stats might not have linked to your new gamertag. However, stats on Bungie.net are now frozen entirely, so it's unlikely you'll ever get them on your profile again. [Edited on 11.17.2012 5:12 PM PST]

My account will be 8 on new years eve, but I started as ContraryCrayon, then I called bungie for a name change before they were available, to FLCL White Wolf, then after that its pretty much impossible to tell since I've spent an embarrassing amount of money on name changes. :( are you 100% sure this is the reason?
