I would like for you to look at a situation where you are face to face with a psychopath (doesn't matter what he has) and you have already happily turned your gun in to your elected lords. What do you do? We already know some psychopaths are absolutely reckless and will not stop pursuit despite fatal wounds, You've all heard of those guys that get shot 20 times and still approach with the big grins on their face! Now you have to be up close and personal with him :D

Interesting, I wonder what his motive was? Sikh's aren't generally targeted by any religious extremist groups. I can see how it could be race motivated, though.

What harm could it cause to law abiding citizens? More paperwork? Get real.
