This. Also, I think it was the Fall of Reach that said that half a clip of assault rifle could take out a squad of grunts. Maybe on Easy in CE is this possible, but no in conventional gameplay. By the way, I think I read that in to prologue, though I'm too lazy to check. Although, Spartan can take lot of punishment so...
