i think the question should be why do people still de rank in this game. I made a new account and between 15-20 in mlg, you cannot find a game with no de rankers. even after waiting for the de rankers to get into a game, the next game will have more. Kids need to get a life. Nothing like today though when the whole opposite team were de rankers lol
