My neighbor ran over a duck
This morning, as I was driving up the street, I noticed some roadkill in the middle of the road, it was 6 am and it looked kinda fresh. It had some strange blue and green colors to it, I thought it looked kind of strange.
I didn't think anything of it, but then I saw a momma duck and about 6 of her ducklings standing by the side of the road staring at his lifeless body.
Those ducklings had just witnessed their father's murder, and now that wife is a single mother of 6.
Kinda breaks my heart.
