So Should I talk to her?
Heres the story: my girlfriend of 9 months (now ex) went and cheated on me a week ago. i broke her heart when I found out. Now i hear that shes doing terrible (doing drugs, etc.) So should i talk to her after she cheated on me? i know that talking to her will help her but we have no chance of getting back together.
Advice?

Wait, it broke her heart when [i]you[/i] found out that she was cheating? First off, that statement right there is wrong, and if she said that, it's nonsensical bull -blam!-. If she's taking those drugs to trip you into being her fall guy and taking her back, she is just not worth your effort. Go and find some girl who won't cheat, has some self discipline and deserves you dude, not this dumb bint.

Alright, so. 1. She cheated on you. She didn't have to, she was in control, she did it on her own terms. 2. [i]She[/i] turned to drugs after cheating on you. You had every right to break her. She hurt you, and knew she was doing it. She doesn't deserve an ounce of your sympathy. She was a big enough person to cheat on you, so she can handle this -blam!- on her own. Don't talk to her.

I was in the same boat as you. Unfortunately she was with a different guy and could not break up with him at all because he would threaten her with killing himself. Quite the dramatic situation [it wasn't, could have been solved in 5 seconds if she just broken up with him]. Anyways, the point being, she is now heavily into drugs and partying. And video-taping with guys. Makes me very sad. If you don't want her to go down that path you should go talk to her. Why did she cheat, does she tell you that?

You should talk to her. Just because you don't want to get back with her doesn't mean you should let her throw her life away. If you dated her, you must have had feelings for her at some point. I personally wouldn't be able to just stand idly by while someone I once cared about went down that road.

Think of it this way: you are indirectly responsible for some of the bad decisions she makes. That said, how would you feel if she goes off and does something REALLY stupid.
