New Halo 4 weapon announced! "Railgun" (Link included)

Seems more like a hand held gauss hog turret, might be some charge time like with the splazer to balance, but we see it as a explosive sniper?

freaking sweet I suggested a rail gun to an employee I know and I posted about it on bungie.net... I wanted it to be like one from an old star wars game where you could shoot an alternate shot that would stick into the player and not explode until you pulled the trigger a second time or 3 seconds went by. I doubt I did anything to actually make this happen but none the less this makes me happy =D.... Now if I could find my post about this... Edit: I posted about this a few times on both this site and waypoint but [url=http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=34094053&postRepeater1-p=29#34734199]this[/url] is the oldest one I could find.. I am UrbanTwisticle. Sure not an original idea, I doubt I had anything to do with the gun getting in and the gun is probably only the same in name but I am still pleased about this.... I just scrolled through a total of possibly 3 comments just speculating on what the gun is, which were swamped by the bandwagon of 343 hate, fanboys, and dumbass conclusions. Half of those dumbass comments were about the names, I'm sorry that the Asymmetric Recoilless Carbine-920, MA5D Individual Combat Weapon System, and the Sniper Rifle System 99-Series 5 Anti-Materiel had to be shortened. The game isn't even out yet, let it come out atleast and then -blam!- the -blam!- out of 343 and Halo 4 all you want if its still bad
