Calling All Fans
Bungie’s filmmaker, HaloDoc, is researching the creative and wonderful world of the Halo community and he needs your help. Send him your creations at [email]halodoc@bungie.org[/email] and show him how hardcore and artistic our fans are and what types of cool creations you've produced.
He’s looking for high quality jpegs, QuickTime or AVI movie files (640 X 480 or better). Who knows, you may even end up having your work featured as part of the bonus DVD materials packaged with the limited collector’s edition of Halo 2.
Your email should include the actual file and/or links to where it can be located. Please also include your real name, address and a phone number where you can be reached. If your creation is chosen to be included in the DVD, you will be contacted by Film Oasis and some legal mumbo jumbo will need to be signed.

It's a little weird that they are calling all fans with the wrong e-mail address. Maybe they don't want our artwork. I sent in the picture found in my sig the day before the deadline. Two out of the three addresses in this thread didn't work for me. I hope the other one works. If none work I hope SketchFactor sees this and gives us another chance. Oh well. Check out pic in sig.

I wish they would tell us something as well (a post atleast). But for all of us, I think its worth the wait. It shouldn't be too long because, the game comes out in less than 4 months. Mass production on the game and DVD shouldn't take long and if alot of people submitted things then yes it will be a while before they tell us anything.

Does anyone know when we might hear from Bungie to see if our art was chosen or not? I know the submissions needed to be in by Thursday, but I was just curious to whether or not we would find out soon or like in a couple of weeks.

Go to, video game trailers.com they have a section where you can submit videos of Halo. I just sent 2 pics in for Bungie, I do love both very much. One is a color pencil / pastel. I drew the picture of MC from the Flood book cover and then I put an Elite in the background (a enlarged Elite head with its mouth open behind the Chief). This was a project for a intermidiate college drawing class. I got an A+. MC is all color pencil with lots of detail. The Elite is ment to be a reminder of what is to come and that they won't stop coming and they will die for that thing no matter what. (that thing is a spoiler I wish not to post) The second is a colage using Calligraphy. It was my first drawing in college for a grade (A- for being late) I have some smalll pics. and some average sized illustrations and Halo written in another language also my name written down the center in that other language. If anyone does see my pictures I hope you like them. I am hoping that my pictures will be chosen for something worth talking about but if not I'll keep tring to improve. My name is Donovan C. Tyler (DCT) I am 19 and hope to work on a Halo movie or game.

Well, i have a video all ready to send in... the problem is that I don't know where to host it. The video is the required size and around 353MB, but I still can't find a place to send it through e-mail or hosting it on the web. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Oh the video with halo footage is set to Stroke-9's kick some ass, and the one with halo 2 footage is set to Janie's Got A Gun by Aerosmith, and is surprisingly the better of the 2

Ok I just want to say, I have two music videos, one with halo footage, one with halo 2 footage, plus I hve made life size versions of the MA5B and the new Battle Rifle, If anyone don't think that's cool to submit, say so.

A three day trial...I might need it to last for longer than that, is it a FREE site?

go to neptune.com and do the three day trial. open windows movie maker and save the file to the internet. But make sure that you change the size allowed for the file so it only occupies 15mb of space because that is the max for a trial on neptune.com. Then upload it to that site.

I don't think my awesome movie I made on windows movie maker will fit in the e-mail or even be the right file type. So does anyone know where I can post it for free on the internet. Please tell me.
