I LOVE ODST!! This is one of the best video games I have ever played. Thank you all so much for making it. It feels so much like Halo:CE that I kept hitting the x-button to reload! Yet it feels like an entirely new game I have never experienced. You've managed to take the best aspects of all three Halo games and combine them into one great game, while at the same time keeping it fresh and exciting. This is the most fun I've ever had in campaign mode of any game, and Firefight has the element of strategy that I have been searching for in multiplayer games. Thank you!

I got a question for ya ol' Bungle. I have a couple profiles on my xbox, one of em has xbox live, the other does not. The one that does not is used by my roommate. He beat the part where you are Buck. [b]But he didn't get Buck!![/b] Yet I did the same thing and I got Buck. Perhaps he is playing on normal whereas I chose heroic? Are things only unlockable in heroic and above? Not a pressing concern, but if you notice this, my roommate would appreciate the answer to his missing Buck. Oh, and major props on another very successful game, I've neglected my character designs all day to play some campaign. Really loving the music! And the first thing I really noticed was the damage and health, really takes me back to the first game. Thanks you guys! [Edited on 09.22.2009 9:23 PM PDT]

While, admittedly, I've yet to try out FireFight, the Campaign - which I just completed - was pretty damn terrific. The story feels very self-contained, very [i]personal[/i], while also proving to be an intriguing edition to the seemingly ever-expanding Halo 'verse. The gameplay also feels relatively fresh and new, without straying too far away from the formula. The music, especially, helped set the tone of the game. Honestly, it takes a hell of a lot for any piece of music to bring me to tears, but ODST's score came [i]pretty[/i] close. As far as I'm concerned, this soundtrack is one of Marty's best. Excellent job.

After you pre-order ODST do you have to unlock johnson by a code or does it unlock it for you?

The Game is awsome Bungie, my best friend and I are making our way through the campaign on easy, just because we have so much other stuff to dolike school and work. However,come the weekend, we're going full throttle on Legendary. We've only played about Half the way through the campign and I've got to say it is awsome. One thing I thought could have been more epic though *SPOILER ALERT* was the fall of the Orbital Elevator, I expected it to look better, more, idk, "cool".*END SPOILER* I've got to hand it to the skybox artists, the sky's are the best in Halo yet and the opening drop sequence was cool, though you made the screen go white when we hit the atmosphere, I expeted that to look cooler. Another complaint I have is the Audio Logs, I cant stop them to listen later, they keep on playing when I'm trying to kill Covenant, it's annoying! But no major complaints so far. Idk why, but my friend dislikes the VISR, I think it's cool and obviously useful. I cant wait to see how the second half of the game plays out. Great Work Bungie!

Wonderful job. I'm playing FireFight right now trying to get the Vidmaster, and it's beyond difficult, even with a (fairly) good team. I'm pleasantly surprised that the achievements are so hard, and that the "Recon/Hayabusa" effect doesn't seem to be too close on the horizon, if for no other reason than that the Halo 3: ODST forum will be more quiet. Campaign leaves something to be desired in the story between Dare and Buck, and the overall purpose of the mission doesn't tie in with any other established canon for theorists like me, but overall the story wasn't hateful, although the plot gaps in respect to Rookie-to-Dare are rather... large. Overall, a good game.

You guys did an amazing job on ODST. I have no complaints, yet. It's definitely the best in the series since Combat Evolved - I really can't decide which of the two is better. Firefight is the most fun I've had in a game in a long time. Thanks for the new game!
