Are you famous?

And if so would you admit it?! I'm not. Seriously, there must be some famous Halo lovers who post here..........

 • I have played Linkin Park on Halo 2 live. I have met Lloyd Banks before, he gave me a copy of his CD and a g-unit chain, both for FREE! My great uncle Havier Batiz is a famous rocker in Mexico, and has met Lil Jon and Outkast. [Edited on 5/13/2005]

 • On topic to this thread: My cousin (mom's side) went to hockey camp with Goldy Hawn and what's his names son. I have met Big Ben (Ian Millar's most famous horse, now retired after going to the Summer Olympics in Atlanta, I believe) at a rest stop in B.C. Some people may not understand how cool that was. They can go dig a hole and hide in it. Or just watch Olympic show-jumping. A relative on my Grandfathers side is in an issue of the National Geographic (The Shackleton Expedition), Tom Crean. (I believe he's the one getting a haircut or shave, I'd have to look at the Geographic again) My house is on a map of Mount Baker, despite being in Canada. (I mean it, literally, there is a little labeled dot with our farm's name on it.)

 • I went to high school with a cousin of Steve Perry, former lead singer of Journey. My mother went to high school with the nephew of that Reddinbocker popcorn guy, and my aunt went to high school with one of the founders of Apple.

 •
Posted by: Grindstone I gotta act quickly- Hey, uh, MinkOWar buddy ol' pal. Soooo, need a general or something? I'm fluent in Spanish so I could translate your vicious commands to the English-impaired masses. I'm cheap (but not like your mom), and efficient (again, not like your mom), so I think you're better off with me on your side. Whaddaya think? I look good in a uniform.
Let's put it this way... The General of the New Earth Order Ground forces, who will report directly to my council and I, has a chauffer who's maid's chauffer's butler needs a footstool. It pays $15 an hour, and benifits include dental, and, due to obvious medical complications which may result, Chiropractic. Or you could just run for a position on the council. You'll have to recieve the support of 75% of the district in which you are running for the position though. Btw, I'm thinking this will be an almost-democracy thing once I take over, and everything settles down. So, no vicious commands need apply.

 •
Posted by: Duke Shootem
Posted by: MinkOWar Once I launch every single nuke on the planet into stable orbit around the moon, I'll be able to re-fuel them...
You already have a re-fuelling station on the moon?
That would be stupid. I would then have to land the nukes, and then launch them from the surface again. What a waste of fuel. No, the Moon is simply a useful body of gravitational pull in close proximity to the earth. Using my refuelling sattelite on the other side of the moon, and simply orbiting the nukes around the moon to it, I will be able to refuel each weapon with a minimum of fuel expenditure. Then, they will be launched back into orbit so that a simple nudge will toss them out. That way, I can launch them without expending their own fuel if I need to use them. That gives them the ability to manouver once they get to Earth, though most likely they would only be nessecary to deter any unwanted "excursions" to the moon, hastily organized by various rebellious governments. Plus, once I control the nukes, no one can start a nuclear war! Their best use would be to set them off in orbit, using the EMP to disable mobilized military installations with a minimum of casualties and environmental side-effects. Removing their warheads and filling them with dense metals would provide make-shift ballistic weapons too, without the radioactivity inherent in Nukes. Basically, It'd be best if everyone just did what I say, starting Tuesday of course.

 • Famous? Soon. World Domination is scheduled for Tuesday. I only have 10 more nukes to hack, then over the weekend, I'll finish locating the Subs, and then it'll all be mine. Once I launch every single nuke on the planet into stable orbit around the moon, I'll be able to re-fuel them, and basically hold the world hostage till everyone agrees that I'm in charge. Example: Me: "Stop fighting." Isreali: "Make us!" Palistinian: "Ya! Make us!" Me: "Note the 3 to 4 thousand Nukes I control." Israeli: "Crap!" Palistinian: "Dude, we are so over that fighting thing!"

Plus I know the Goonie house, the Short Circuit house, the jetty in Free Willy, and the mountain in TMNT 3 (all filmed where I grew up). Not to mention the Ring 2 area and the last beach scene in Point Break. Still not famous though.
That's so funny! Who were you? One of the annoying brats?! Did Arnold Schwaidbgnwejksnoggar sit on you or anything?!
When the school is burning down in one of the last scenes, I am one of the kids running around in the back ground. They paid us $55.00 a day and fed us hotdogs. I didn't get to interact with Ahhhnold, but I saw him. I did get to meet the lil' lady who played the principle.
