Are there any Black Metal fans around here? If so what bands are you into, and would you like to play some games together and stuff?
I'm sure there must be some, though in my searches i've found only one Black Metal fan other than myself using XBL.

Does britney spears count as metal?
-
Alright cool :) the group has only been online a couple of hours and we've got five members. Remember, if you or anybody you know likes Black Metal and plays Halo 2, link them to the group ;)
-
If you like Bodom I suggest you check out Kalmah
-
MAn some one mentioned Children of Bodom earlier..... I heard them yeaterday and god damn they kick ass.
-
I would say more just plain metal or heavy metal, like think they are alot like Iron Maiden.
-
No Iced Earth is more Power Metal.
-
Black Metal is kind of hard to define. is Iced Earth really considered Black Metal? i never thought they were.

I've just created a group; Black Metal, it'd be great if you could join, well, anybody who is a fan of Black Metal. I'd be great if we could get a small little niche of BM XBL players. I know of a couple who'll join so hopefully this'll go somewhere.

Yeah and seeing bands live is great to, saw last March, Children of Bodom, Iced Earth and Evergrey live it was a great show. This June I am seeing VNV Nation and this Sept. Therion (my favourite band, plus this will be their first time in North America).

Great taste there, lots of power hehe. Burzum are fantastic too :)
-
Not that much black metal, mainly just Dimmu, and Burzum and Finntroll but they are folk/black metal. I mainly listen to progressive, power and gothic metal (though i listen to most metal besides nu and hair), plus industrial. So stuff like Angra, After Forever, Silent Force, Children of Bodom, Iced Earth, Freedom Call, Demons & Wizards, Rhapsody, some Cradle of Filth, Finntroll, Symphony X, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Lacuna Coil, Tristania, Haggard, Lacrimosa, Sonata Artica, Stratovarius, Hammerfall, the Kovenant, Demonoid, THERION!!!, Assemblage 23, Das Ich, Apoptygma Berzerk, Claire Voyant, Laibach, Frontline Assembly, Front 242, Funker Vogt, Neuroticfish, :Wumpscut:, VNV Nation, Covenant

-
Cool, what Black Metal?
-
Dimmu Borgir is -blam!- awesome. i saw them at ozzfest. it was awesome. yeah i like black metal. pretty much all kinds of metal.
-
I'm not big on Iron Maiden, but Judas Priest are awesome :)
-
Rammstein Rules!! I'm more into heavy metal though. I really like Iron Maiden and Judas Priest.
-
Ofcourse I have. Not bad power metal.
-
ya ever hear of children of bodom
-
Why yes i am a fan of black materia.
-
Dimmu are Melodic Black Metal, not the rawest but their old stuff is great. Korn are Nu-Metal, they pretty much created the genre '94. Any metal fan can make a clear difference between real metal and mallcore. Speaking of Rammstein, i'm obviously a fan hence my Gamertag, Herzeleid. I saw them not long ago in london, great show. Heh, Black Metal doesn't have much to do with Black people. Black Metal is the most extreme type of metal on earth. Some of the biggest bands are Darkthrone, Mayhem and Immortal.
do you mean pantera? metal owns all the best bands ever are metallica slipknot korn system of a down fear factory slayer and zakk wylde
Hate to burst your bubble there but Slipknot, Korn, System of a Down and newer Fear Factory are Nu-Metal or Mallcore, not Metal.
