Don't Download Halo 3 to Hard-Drive?

I thought I read Bungie saying somewhere not to download the game to the hard-drive in NXE because it won't work as well and they would give more information soon. AM I imagining this? Because I can't find where they said it anymore. Could I be mistking them for another company? I feel senile.

 • I did it anyway and then had to delete it right away anyway because I was left with only 0.7 GB on my hard drive :( I need to upgrade from my 20 GB.

 • Here is the Bungie Blog entry explaining it. Basically, installing Halo 3 to your HDD will do more harm than good, and should be avoided. Edit: Darn. [Edited on 11.22.2008 9:08 PM PST]
