So in it we can see some UNSC ships, the largest I'm guessing is the UNSC Infinity and the Spartan is... Osman? The planet in the background looks an awful lot like the way Sanghelios is depicted in the Halo 3 Bestiarum.
Hopefully, this will be better than its predecessor. It's known that I had no love for Glasslands, but this time round it sounds like Traviss is sticking to her strengths with military sci-fi.
Musings?

Honestly, I can't stand Glasslands. I could accept the rather foolish idea of ONI's to kill the Elites; I even.... was fine, I suppose, with Osman's character and her band of annoying misfits (every book has to have a person/group to dislike). However, I didn't care for Traviss' portrayal of the previously established characters. Halsey being an incompetent sobbing Sally? Her S-IIs basically giving her to the wolves, with no fight in them whatsoever? Mendez suddenly acting all high and mighty about the S-IIIs? ONI being the group that takes the moral high ground? I'm fine with having new authors do stuff for Halo, but I hope that 343i can at least try to give a damn about Bungie's canon and not -blam!- all over it to make their's look better.
