It's not that I hate apple, I just wouldn't trust them with my children, let alone a computer. First off, Apple basically stole their revolutionary GUI from Xerox, as opposed to popular belief. So any claims about apple "revolutionizing" the computer market is exaggerated. Secondly: Steve Jobs is a dick. I'm not kidding, I read his biography. He constantly yelled at his employees, refused ownership of his first child, dropped acid, and broke down into fits of crying when met in stressful situations. I simply don't like him. Third: Apple's consumer products are so grossly overpriced it makes me want to throw up. Back a while ago I was planning on buying a Mac Mini for $800 dollars to hook up to my TV. After doing some research I decided to build my own PC. I'm now building a tower that's coming out to about $750, with twice the performance capability of the mini. They constantly pass off their products as the second comings of Jesus, using words like "Revolutionary", "Beautiful", and "Amazing" like they're the only adjectives in the dictionary. None of their current products come even close to revolutionary, and these tactics are used to turn their buyers into sheep and sell them outdated software for a ridiculous amount of money. I mean for god's sake, their front page has a picture of the new iPad with the word "Resolutionary" hanging over it. They made about 2 real updates to the iPad 3. Fifth: Apple avoids paying billions in taxpayer dollars by transferring their funds into offshore accounts.
