Has Sony won the console war?

Honestly, unless Halo 4 is amazingly awesome, I can't see any reason to recommend the 720 to anyone. PS3 has action adventure on a lock, it has better fighters, it has exclusive shooters, and now it has smash brothers, the only thing really keeping Nintendo in the race in my eyes.

Also the Xbox 360 has outsold the PS3 for 11 months straight. Sony lost this war hence why it is looking like the PS4 is coming out before the Xbox 720 this time around.
