Word of Crota - Phantom Gift Doesn't Work
Title says it all. The Phantom Gift perk is not working. Tried it several times and no extra shot was added to the magazine.
As an aside, the Phantom Gift perk is almost useless anyway. Word of Crota is for the most part solid, but Fate Bringer even with less damage is better.

You probably put the Hive Disruptor feature on yours. Just like Black Hammer's White Nail was interrupted by Hive Disruptor, Phantom Gift is the same issue.

Yup. Even when it does work it's absol useless anyway. Fate bringer for the win any day. Well except maybe void burn.......
