looks like bungie MAY learn from past mistakes
According the the new article on IGN, the reward system may be rethought. They acknowledge that making VOG raid gear obsolete and having to relevel all our exotics was a bad idea. Lets hope they indeed do learn and give us something we can get behind. Cheers!

3 RepliesEdited by Sir Simon Mally: 1/26/2015 2:25:00 AMThe whole Crucible and Vanguard commendation thing was badly thought out when you can't earn enough Marks to be able to us them anyway let alone there being much you want to buy. Releveling version 2 exotics feel like a Groundog Day. Crota raid drops seem to have been slightly more generous so I have all 3 characters at level 32. The real tedium now is having to farrm glimmer just to be able to buy heavy ammo synth in a vain attempt to beat Crota on hard. The real bummer however, is the whole random nature of drops where players who have put 100's, if not 1000's of hours into a game and still have no way of getting a Gjallarhorn which is a game changer in certain parts of the game.
