The people who bought this game go cheated and scammed into buying this game and it's honestly disgusting. After reading about the debacle with xbox DLC the other day I honestly hope someone starts a class action lawsuit against bungie. If it worked for playstation kiddies with bf3 then it sure as hell will work with this game. Below are some reasons as to why the gaming community would have a STRONG foothole in such a case. Also for those too ignorant here is a little vid on how much they actually lied to you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTfhrONAp-c As someone mentioned earlier to me in a reply, heres pretty much everything I said plus a lot more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZ5BpeHVTWY#t=70 First is the fact of false advertisement and lying to the consumer. Bungie stated, even when asked, during their trailers if you can go to certain areas of the map they said yes, if you can see it you can go there. They also said that each level will be the size of the entire game of Halo Reach "The destinations [scenarios where the game takes you] like Mars, Moon, Earth, each one is more or less the same size as the entire game 'Halo: Reach'." He also explained that the game has a much bigger team working on it: "In 'Halo', We worked in a team of 130 people. Now there are over 500 people working on 'Destiny'." What a lie that was. They also NEVER said that the playstation players will be getting any more exclusives other than the launch raid nor did they mention it UNTIL two days ago when they told everyone the date for the first dlc. Also the fact that all the DLC content is ON DISC and accessible from the start with Items already placed is theft. DLC means Down Loadable Content, and an expansion pack is supposed to ADD to the game post production. If the content is already on the disc its not an expansion pack but locked content. If it is on the disc then the producers have NO right to charge for it. Anything on the disc at launch SHOULD be free. Also the fact that bungie are charging the xbox players the SAME amount as the playstation players then saying they will get that content later for "free" is ludicrous, how is it free when we already paid for it. Also how is it fair that we are paying $35 ( $40-50 here in AU) for a pass the same as the PS players and then getting only a portion of the content, content that is ALREADY on the disc at that. I can honestly keep picking at EVERY detail that would hold and help in a class action lawsuit against bungie but I wont for sake of time and an already made point.

At this point, no one can say whether or not this is true. Please also note that the proper way to define this is not in sizable arrangements made from in-game "I can walk from here to here and that's the same as plane to plane in the mothyards". It would be in MB and GB.
"In 'Halo', We worked in a team of 130 people. Now there are over 500 people working on 'Destiny'." What a lie that was.
Show me a roster of the entire employment staff at Bungie and corresponding studios who worked on Destiny pre-launch. I'm waiting.
They also NEVER said that the playstation players will be getting any more exclusives other than the launch raid nor did they mention it UNTIL two days ago when they told everyone the date for the first dlc.
Six months before launch and leading up to launch commercials were seen on a wide variety of channels I frequent after work at night which explained the exclusive content guidelines for Playstation would be getting content exclusively in a small windowed time frame and in small print highlighted that Xbox would be getting the same items 365 days post launch. You didn't watch enough t.v. apparently. Good for you. Also, due to exclusive contracts made in the U.S.? They are not obligated to tell ANYONE about it. Stop whining about this.
Also the fact that all the DLC content is ON DISC and accessible from the start with Items already placed is theft
DLC content FRAMEWORK is on disc. You'll notice people broke into the various places and found no enemies. No ghosts. No clues to the idea of the area, we're in there. Downloadable content is a description also. It has no relevance to monetary payouts on our part as the content was made by, most likely, a small development crew on a contract basis and once completed, was attached to the disc, shipped out, and they are continually working on that as we speak. It is not locked content when it is not a complete package. We still have to download the key structures and codes to access the story mode side of the mission, the patrol side of the mission (if accessible), and the reorganized portion for any other purpose Bungie wished to toss our way.
Also how is it fair that we are paying $35 ( $40-50 here in AU) for a pass the same as the PS players and then getting only a portion of the content, content that is ALREADY on the disc at that.
I don't know where you are from, but life is never fair. This is typically learned when you have to pay your first bill, make tax payments, balance a mortgage and checking book, ect.. Apparently you don't get the concept that this is a video game. If you are taking this so seriously that you are using the argument it isn't fair then I hate to see the day when you claim an entitlement because you had to pay taxes which feed SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS IN YOUR COUNTRY ILLEGALLY OR NOT and do not benefit you in the slightest. Does it matter that you have to pay that though? Yes it does. Because you don't want to be in trouble with the law for tax evasion and your employer says, "We're letting you go now." because of it. The DLC opens you up to new content, new story missions, and new adventures to enjoy while providing challenging but fun to finish opportunities. If that is something you disagree with? Wait it out. As time goes on, DLC goes down in price.
