No Crota's End guns, no DLC guns...hmmm. For PvE, even post DLC, my normal set up is Fatebringer, Icebreaker, and Hezen Vengeance. That has suited me well for most of my PvE adventures and shenanigans, running bounties, nightfalls, raids, whatever. The firefly effect on Fatebringer really makes it something serious, your normal cannon fodder dregs, goblins, acolytes, etc., just go poof with one well placed crit. Of course it took me like a dozen hard mode Vault runs before I got it, but it was totally worth it. Icebreaker, because, well, it's Icebreaker. Although I have the DLC and I've been rolling with Black Hammer instead, that lets me use Gjallarhorn for a heavy or the Mythoclast for a primary when the mood strikes me. And even though it's 300 attack, Hezen Vengeance is a solid rocket launcher. Holds 3 rounds, big solar damage, cluster bombs, nothing not to like. If only it tracked, it'd be perfect, but then we wouldn't need Hunger of Crota I guess. PvP, probably Suros, then whatever else you want. Thorn is pretty big in PvP with the damage over time thing. If you've got it, Mythoclast is still pretty disgusting as well.
