Back when everyone got the Xmas package from the postmaster i signed onto my girlfriends secondary character and i saw the notification flashing over the tower to go see the postmaster. But instead of going to get the gift i switched back to her primary character and then went and got the gift on that one. But now every time she is in orbit on any of her 3 characters and opens the map, it shows the white diamond shaped lines for a notification flashing over the tower. But there is no actual notification in the diamonds. And there is nothing new in the tower for her.
