Omen of the Dead ?

So I just hit a new rank on Dead Orbit and got a emblem called, "Omen of the Dead." Anyone else received this before ? Didn't even know factions had emblems as rewards other than the emblems you can buy from the vendors themselves.

You can purchase omen of the dead from the dead orbit guy. I got it too and checked if he had it. Which he did.

Don't have it but factions will drop emblems and shaders. It's just really rare.
