An Issue With My DLC

so uh, i noticed that i no longer have my tumbler sparrow today. i looked into it further and it turns out i no longer have the dark below anymore. and yes, anymore means at one point i had it. i have a quest AND the murmur form eris on my character. id like my content back if at all possible. i did pay for it after all
