Yes!!
After numerous Nightfalls, lvl 30 weeklies, like 10 raids (I know it's not a lot), and three failed helmet engrams, I finally got my favorite helmet! Light Beyond Nemesis! As I was raging about how much I hated this game, a purple helmet engram turned into a dream lol.
