Error Codes, Error Codes Everywhere!
Alright, I'm going to get straight to it. I've gotten error codes A-Z of the animal kingdom. Anteater, Bee, Centipede, Baboon, Bat (which shouldn't even be a valid reason to be booted), back to Baboon and Anteater.
Error Codes have been strong since the final day of IB and I don't understand why?
I've done what I could to fix the issues on my end:
-Bought a new router about a month or two ago.
-Kept router up to date.
-Contacted my internet service provider (Cox Cable)
-Made sure weather is nice, and well I'm Las Vegas so we mainly just deal with heat and rain, but mainly heat.
-Made sure my PS4 and Destiny (disc) game is up to date.
-Tried other online activities such as different games, surfing the web, etc.
-Wired and Wireless Connection.
-Checked my NAT.
-Closed and Re-opened the application.
-Shutdown the game system.
-Read other threads relating to this matter.
-Read through troubleshooting.
I can't say I've done everything, but this is all what comes to mind on what could be happening on my end. However, every one of these I've done, and I'm getting the same results.
I would appreciate some insight on this on what I can further do on my end, if anything further can be done.

Make the new raid near impossible , stop people from actually solving ways to beat the game but forgetting to fix servers so anyone can stay connected to actually try to play the game. Well played

I cant play the game anymore ;( got the game a month ago enjoyed the online but ever since the Crota update I just cant play it anymore and I get the baboon error code every 2 mins :/ I followed Bungie instructions and did everything they asked but nothing worked!!! - moved to wired network - got a new router - forwarded the listed ports (even though I played without forwarding the ports just fine...) My internet status is: Download Speed 100MB Upload 2MB Ping 20MS packet lose 1% Jitter is 4MS I cant even stay in a strike/cruciable for more then 1 minute :/ Can anyone help me with this and try to tell me why I cant play the game anymore?

I am also experiencing these issues, honestly super pissed off about the fact that I cannot do the new hard mode with all of these error codes.

2 RepliesAfter being in your situation for some time this is my friendly advice; dont waste more money buying things or time trying to "fix" the problem. All error codes come with a message; "THE GAME ITS OK, ITS YOUR FAULT!" and that right there is pure Bull$%it from bungie. They know the online service they provide its broken but they think its more important to release DLC and to fix exploits before helping us (people not being able to play) and not only that, they know the game isnt working, because if a large portion of the players cant play, the game its broken, and they say absolutly NOTHING! about when they are fixing this. I love the game and I would love to play it but I know that if I try to play after 6:30pm im gonna get #weasel after #weasel.

It's been about 2 days now and it's officially at the point to where I can't even enter worlds like Tower or Crucible Maps. Centipede popped up first, followed procedure. Now it's back to Anteater... This is truly frustrating. What does one do when they can't even play the game they pay for? My characters and amount of time played show I've been at this game for a while now, but my fun seems to be coming to an end due to the neglecting of the actual servers themselves. I am not one to trade in games due to how undervalued they get, but I'll be darned if I let this one collect dust due to failures that have little to nothing to do on my end. Bungie, this is a plea from not just me, but the majority of the player base when I ask that you look further into these error codes and the recent Crota Patch. A lot of us don't have the best set ups, but we are in no way cheap with them either and we make sure that everything is good on our end so we can have fun pew-pewing each other or corpse dance on others. I can't handle the neglect that I feel these servers have been getting. Heck, Halo games are running far smoother than this game. Halo belonged to you guys before you sold the rights to 343. What made those servers better than the current Destiny servers? They're both done by you guys. I need more ideas on what can be done so I can start playing this game again!

1 Replyweasel, centipede, chicken, cattle - I cannot sign in. I have logged the issue with a lot of detail several times (every day) and I never get a reply. The game has been working before that, then suddenly broken. No suggestions from Bungie how to fix it. And I get thee errors at a very specific place - always immediately prior to character selection screen. I agree the product is broken. No other online game has issues. I have done all the suggestions including buying a new modem and I get EXACTLY the same error. Very frustrated.

These -blam!-ing error codes have been driving crazy. During the week I can sign in just fine, some hiccups but not a big deal. However, starting Friday evening and continuing for the remainder of the weekend I experience error after error. It gets to a point as to where I can't play and rage quit. What's more aggravating it happens when I try to complete the weekly heroic and nightfall. I don't have this problem with other games and tried everything to fix the problem. This means the problem lies at Bungie's end and not mine.
