times you got rewards you didn't deserve
The other day I joined a vanguard roc and one player was in the lobby and he managed to get the strike boss down to about a quarter of his health. I finished the strike with him, and even though I only got about 2 kills and took about an eighth of the boss's health I got plan c. I know it's not the BEST exotic but I definitely didn't deserve it.
What are some times you got loot you felt you didn't deserve?

Went negative twice in Crucible. 6-13 and came in last. Got Hardlight. Went negative again and came second to last. Got MIDA multi tool.

Easy. I joined a Nightfall two friends were in. They were finishing off the Nexus, cheesing him from the top. I joined with a little bit of his health remaining, and about 3 minutes later was rewarded with Gjallarhorn. So unfulfilling.

Joined in on a daily heroic strike, they were on Sepik. He had half health. Got gjallarhorn and they got shaders

Saw that one of my random friends was doing Crota and the fireteam only had 5 so I joined up. I joined in dead back behind the bridge and they were up killing the witches. Not even 5 seconds in and I got a Red Death, Warlock Bond, and shards. They all only received shards and then my connection cut out and it kicked me...I felt like such an douche lol

4 RepliesI walked at on against the death singer on hard mode and died within the first 10 secondsz the rest of the group did it on normal and didn't know they wouldn't get a drop on hard mode, and I got g horn and I already have one and my group needs it cause half of them doesn't have it. They were mad and I laughed lol.

I joined my squad at final boss nightfall. They got shards while I got the hawkmoon. I felt so bad

I did a roc strike and turned in some blues and leveled up cryptarch, got two legendaries both of which got me hardlight and thunderlord.

I got a 331 Plan C with one kill for the strike: Eyeball Prime. Entered in right at the end. Should have done a screen shot, those other 2 must have been pissed.

I was away for the weekend partying and sonce my bro already done it on his chars and his friend wanted help he went on mine to do the nightfall. So I came home to a ghorn lol. I don't feel too bad though, I never use it, probably won't unless there is solar burn.

I completed all gold chests today and got a legendary engram on my last one Venus camp 9. When decrypting it became the Suros Regime! I just walked a friend through his last ones and he got nothing at all. Kinda felt bad for him.

I had a bad round of crucible and got a P&t, was my 5th or 6th one and I broke it down. I ran a roc solo, psion flairs. Got the last flair to 3-5%, just as I killed him, random joined. He didn't get 1 kill and got a Mida multitool.... Lmao

I was invited to do Crota and I just sat there for a few minutes while they glitched him and got light of the abyss

When Dark Below dropped, I played my first Crucible game to check out the new maps... On my first game, I came in 2nd to last place, got the Dragons Breath

He placed a bubble right in front of the doorway to phogoth which caused the him to die because he thought his shield didn't let anyone in. He later tried to shoot through his shield. Like Jesus what is wrong with you? He was wearing gear meant for Striker class and went with Defender. On top of that he didn't even bother to use Arc damaging weapons. He used Atheons Epilogue, Ice Breaker and a Solar rocket Jesus people think for once in your life what you need to wear in a nightfall. My friend ended up with 6 energies while he got Suros

Joined in a raid on Crota and everyone who was there through the entire raid got shards and energy. I got Swordbreaker, the warlock raid helmet, the shader, the emblem and some shards. Totally did nothing during that fight except kill trash mobs.

3 weeks ago I joined in on Crota 30 seconds before them dropping him. Everyone got energy and I got my second Black Hammer and Hawkmoon. I never use pistols so I didn't think much of it until everyone on the Fireteam started telling me I had to level it up and get used to pistols. I'm happy I listened, it's by far one of my favorite guns and I just recently got Fatebringer. May need to level that one too after everything I'm hearing about it
