Looking for a crew to join to do VoG or Crota's End.lvl 28 Hunter

Unfortunately I have been playing the game for a little over a month now and still haven't been able to find enough people to do either of the raids. Would love if anyone would be willing to take me on and help me get through them.

Hoon Bats

Too low for crota. You have to have REALLY good friends to have them take you along @ lvl. 28. Only 30's do damage
