Xbox Gamertag Not Recognized
When I try to link my Microsoft account to my Bungie account it says that there is no gamertag associated with the email. When I click the "Go here for help with that" link, it does nothing. It loads for a moment and then the window just refreshes. Can anyone help with this?

8 RepliesIt is important that you are signing into Bungie.net using the same Microsoft Account that you used on your Xbox One or Xbox 360 to create your gamertag. Follow the steps here: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution You will hopefully find that you indeed used a different Microsoft Account. If that is the case, create a new Bungie.net profile with the correct account. If it is not the case, we have seen issues where something in Microsoft's system is not properly reporting your gamertag to Bungie. In this case, Microsoft support has been able to work with customers to resolve this issue.
