A little about myself so you understand my back round in Halo experience. I started playing Halo at 7 years old on the Xbox and PC (Had game for both platforms) when they first came out. Since then I have been a loyal Halo and Xbox player, purchasing every halo game and reading every book out there. Started a clan during Halo 3 called Shadow of Death which had a pretty good turnout. I wasn't the most insane Halo player, unlike my brother whose team went to the MLG world tournament for being 8th in the world, however I did maintain over Bungie and MLG community a significant reputation with my skill in the Energy Sword. Regretfully they never had an official title for "Energy Sword Master" hahaha!
I personally think the Load Out system for Halo 4 was a good idea and enjoyed it thoroughly. While yes it is similar to other games such as Call of Duty, it provides each player unique strategic value to the game. I wish I had submitted my ideas back when Halo 2 was out, me being in around 3rd grade, had come up with my best friend the idea of wishing the combat knife could be used in game and that our multiplayer characters would be our campaign characters. (This was back when Halo 2 came out, so imagine our freak out when Halo Reach came out! haha)
The idea of bringing a unique combat strategy (Apologies, I was definitely the Camo guy who was obsessed with Assassinations.) To each character's fighting style was genius in my opinion, and am definitely sad to see it go. What do you guys think?
