If you don't exercise, you're a worthless piece of crap. I am so tired of seeing fat ass lazy slobbish boys every day. Some of them try to hit on me thinking they have a chance in hell with me. If i take the time to watch my weight, stay in shape so I can keep my girlish figure; then you boys need to do the same or you don't deserve me.

I used to be trash... Now I work out twice a day like my collegiate football days. Need to get in shape so I can break 800 on my squats and 500 on bench.

Honestly I need to start exercising. I'm nowhere close to fat but I am out of shape. Id like to build a little muscle too.

I agree. I'm a dude and its too easy to work out around an hour a day. Go ahead tell me your excuse. It boosts testosterone levels and you look good naked and your confidence levels go up, increasing overall awesomeness. What do you have to loose besides weight?
