Cannot turn in a Vanguard Mentor Missive (Exotic Weapon Bounty)
After turning in 2 Vanguard Bounties, I did receive a Vanguard Mentor Missive for an exotic weapon. The missive ask to turn in to Xander 99-40 and I can see the exclamation mark above the NPC but when I approach Xander 99-40 nothing is happening. The missive is consuming a slot in my inventory and don't want to Abandon. I am suspecting that the missive is the "Shattered Memory Fragment" because it's the only one I didn't get so far.
On a side note, I already have 2 other exotic bounties in stand by. Could it be a duplicate of one bounty I need to turn in when completed? Is it a known issue?

You can only keep 3 active exotic bounties in your inventory. If ever that you still have other exotic bounties, finish them all first before turning in your new one. PS: Just got the Mythoclast and I already have the 10 rare fusion rifles waiting in my vault. That Pocket infinity will be adding to my collection :) POCKET INFINITEEEEEH!
