Are the Trials of Osiris going to happen soon?
I seen this video and I wonder why no one is talking about this .

4 RepliesThere's a good chance that there won't be a representative of Osiris at The Tower. And there's a reason behind this: People thought that, at the start, Osiris was a Tower faction, like New Monarchy, Dead Orbit and Future War Cult, but Bungie said it wasn't true. [spoiler]Osiris was the name of a warlock who was exiled from The Tower because he apparently came 'too close' to understanding the Vex. While I'm not one for rumours, The Trials of Osiris could be a homage of sorts to him.[/spoiler]

Expect trials of Osiris roughly 2-3+ weeks after hard mode CE releases to tide us over into HoW.

4 RepliesI can't wait to get fate of all fools. Also all the emblems, weapons, and armor. Finally something to separte us who do both pvp and pve from the rest. Finally a unique weapon that will be earned and only the skilled will be able to get. This stuff will truly be earned and not be sold by xur THANK GOD.

2 RepliesLots of people are actually talking about it, just not in threads with the words "Trials of Osiris" in the title. It will likely make an appearance before HoW comes out in in March (rumor), most certainly after that if not. Someone in another thread mentioned that word was playtesters thought it too unforgiving/hard for average players so it is probably being reworked into something more friendly. Whether that is fact, hearsay, or fabrication I cannot confirm myself.

7 RepliesYeah I can't wait till it comes. Get awesome looking armour and hopefully good weapons. And a chance to play against other "skilled" (as I find it hard to go against enemys that are good at pvp) players.

There is a slot for it under the crucible launcher. It has the eyeball, so it's coming eventually.

Edited by JLoco11: 1/9/2015 7:42:35 PMChances are it will be after the hard mode for Crota. They seem to roll out things in stages, and hard mode would be their next "event" to hype up. Then after that, we'll get the Trials of Osiris, and they'll pretend it's something new, innovative, never seen before! (skirmish with advantages... oh man the innovation here!).

My guess is mid-February. Iron banner is next week and the hard raid will be the week after (more than likely). They need something fill the time gap in February/early March so I expect ToO then.
