We need to have the ability to change the way our characters look AFTER we have created them! Even if it costs some glimmer or add a "barber" npc to the tower and have him/her show up once a week so we can change what we look like. Many people need and want this because if we are going to stick to a game for a long time, we need to be able to change our minds. Something we thought was cool on our characters before now looks stupid or maybe we want to develop our characters after hours of playtime and add marks to his face and show the struggle and conflict he has been through throughout the game which can increase player immersion.
