But trading should be with conditions! 1) Raid gear should be traded for the people who played and completed the raid 5 times or more! 2) Raid weapons should be traded with the people who played and completed the raid 5 times or more! 3) Main raid weapons like Vex/Nechrochasm should be traded with the people who played and completed the raid on HARD MODE 10 TIMES ATLEAST! 4) Exotics should be traded with Exotics only! 5) Legendaries should be traded with Legendaries only! 6) Trading should be available for the people who has a playtime of at least 75 hours! So the people who grinded don't feel punished. If you got anything extra to say, please leave a reply and I'll add it if I find it suitable.

I'm going to tell you how trading will DESTROY destiny in 3 simple examples: 1. A level 20 simply has to ask his level 32 friend for a hand out and 2 seconds later *BOOM!* level 30 seconds after he hit level 20 2. NO ONE will want to play Destiny anymore because there will be countless noobs who will annoyingly and constantly beg for exotics from level 31's and 32's soon to be 33's and 35's. 3. No one will play the raids anymore because someone with multiple duplicates of the same pieces of raid gear and they simply have to give them to you. Trading will RUIN destiny, at this point we don't need and -blam!-ing trading, because if you haven't noticed a complete noob who only invested about a week into destiny compared to us where we invested MONTHS into destiny can simply buy there level 30 and 31 soon 32, 33,34, and 35. there's a reason Bungie didn't put trading and I completely just stated the reasons. Case closed. Just play the -blam!-ing game how it was made, you can forget about trading cause it's not going to happen, only a lazy person would ask for trading in a game that has no trading for a reason, just saying.

  • Unless it's a fully 100% anonymous market I will say no because it's just going to make way for buying Ghallahorns, vex mythoclast, hawk moon, icebreakers etc with real money. Yes I understand your points but if it isn't anonymous it's a bad system especially with not that many super rare guns.

    • This is stupid. Little kids crying about trading because they want to make another account so they can Better a chance on getting the guns they want. Trading with other players will ruin the game. And I know there will be honest players who want to trade with friends BUT there will be 100 times the scùmbagš doing it to benefit themselves and bungie knows it.

      • While I agree with all of the points made FOR trading to be implimented. Real world trading would damage the game too much. People start selling weapons and gear for real life dosh, then you end up with companies jumping on board. Bots then start plaguing the game doing strikes and raids to get gear to sell on...something like this would ruin the game completely. If you have ever played an mmo with trading involved, you will know what I mean. Most mmo's iv played are consumed by bots. Playing with bots isn't fun....

I disagree with 4 and 5 what if you have exotics you want to give to a friend for his birth day he should not be forced to trade equal unless in the middle of a trade you can cancel the trade Or if u feeling like just giving someone a good weapon and you don't want anything in return

        • I agree except for #1,2 Gears and weapons should have same Light lvl or dmg for it to be available for trade. Or just remove the 200cap on crucible vanguard marks and just make it Into a currency when trading with people. Though they can keep the weekly earn on strikes and crucible to a 100 they dont need to limit our gains through other means. That or ascendants as currency

        • No trading is bad and as long as everyone I pass can inspect me I don't want annoying messages asking to trade my gear. This is probably the only time I agree with Bungie. So again no trading

        • Should set it up like diablo 3. You could only trade items from a raid or boss with the people that were in your group, and there was a 2 hour time limit, after it ran out what's yours is yours.

          • Trading should be aloud after 300 hours and you should have yo delete tour doubles before trading then I'll say yes to trading I think trading will ruin the game. I say get lucky like everyone else

                • First, your title is not nearly inflammatory enough to get attention. It needs to be like, YOU SUCK BUNGIE or you can't get people to respond :D I mean so many people say they want level headed posts. They're mostly full of it ;) Agreed, by the way. It is a fantasy, worse a myth, that trading ruins a game. Trading, particularly in an RNG based game, has more people play and gives more reason to keep buying DLC and purchasing. Participation in a game increases, not decreases, with trading in an MMO. Now I know this 'isn't an MMO' but I also know that is a big fat lie :)

                • In my opinion,
Guys and gals, the key word here is opinion.
The only fair trading system would be End Game Reward trading within the firetrap. Otherwise, it could be exploited outside of the game world.

                • While i would like to see trading, i have not been involved in many of the discussions. It would seem that people feel that a straight up trading system (a la guild wars 2) is never going to happen, so they come up with a list of comprimises to make it "fair". I guess it makes it so that someone cant farm resources on patrol and eventually trade for a mythoclast? But it seems that with all the conditions in place it would be simpler to just earn credits for completing activities and have NPCs take them in exchange for gear. Personally i think a trade system like guild wars 2 (i havent played many MMOs so thats the one i know) is self balancing.

                • The randomness of loot would make you think trading would be a big part of the game I have an item i dont use and you want? What do you have that i think would be worth to trade it for?

There's no sense in players trading what amounts to data. Data is plentiful and can be made easily accessible to all players. Trading is a recipe for drama. They just need a game where people choose what they can earn. Doesn't mean everyone will get all the exotics in a week like fanboys think, just be able to earn the ones you actually want or need. http://rs1302.pbsrc.com/albums/ag138/dokterboar/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsa2b36b5e.jpg~320x480

                        • I do like the idea of trading. But i also think in a game like this, if there aren't restrictions it will break the game quickly. My suggestion has been to allow trading between people at the end of matches, for anything they got as a drop the whole time. Like the raids. For instance, i got my 2nd gjallahorn from vog the other day. 300dmg. I have a fully upgraded one with the 331 damage. The one i just got will probably get dismantled. I would have preferred to trade it to someone in my fire team because they've been trying to get one. This would keep things from getting to broken. Couldn't sell Icebreaker or gjallahorn on ebay. Couldn't hoard crap to trade later. It would only help people
