so , as I said in a comment on a youtube video , heres my opinion on No Land Beyond Is it a good gun ? Not really Would I recommend it ? No Do I love it ? Hell yes ! This sniper rifle has maaaany flaws and bugs . For example the magazine that only refills to 12 ammos or the fact that it does half the damage of any other sniper rifle with he same stats but in the secondary weapon slot (e.g ice breaker) . ALso , I don't find it's iron sights that terrible , the only problem is that it has the same "precision" as other sniper rifles , meaning that the area in which shots are considered as headshots is veeeery small , meaning that if your bullet is one pixel apart from the head , it will miss . COuple that with the fact that the sights (and the gun) shake like crazy when you're under fire and it becomes almost impossible to score headshots when ennemies are shooting at you . However , when I have this little capricious beauty in hands and end up best player in a match or chain headshots against cabals , it feels a lot more glorifying than if I had done the same with a suros or TLW . In fact , this gun is kind of a challenge , and that's really something I'm enjoying since , despite the new dlc content , destiny doesn't really have any kind of thrilling challenges to offer once you reach level 30/32 . So in the end , if you're looking for a good gun , NLB is not for you , but if you're looking for a stimulating yet a little frustrating experience , you should give it a try . Does this gun need a buff ? no (I mean it would be nice but nt necessarily) . What this gun really needs is a patch , because as oof right now , it's full of bugs . Just having the 24 ammos and the full damage would be an improvement .
