So today I just got the Vanguard Mentor Missive from turning in 2 bounties to Eris.. Currently i have all 3 exotic bounties in the same set for my one character: Juju, Thorn, and Invective.. I really wanted to get the other set of exotic bounties since I already have these three guns and so my original plan was to get all these three bounties in my hand and maybe, get the other set when I have the missive. So I just went to the Bounty Tracker right now and he literally offers me nothing.. I'm starting to think if it really is random at all or the Missive you get is fixed..
