- Clearly a long range sniper but is outclassed by any other sniper at range since it has no scope
- Low ammo means you must switch to another weapon in PvE (wtf? Juggler isn't even on??)[/spoiler]
[b]Possible fixes (use one or more of these):[/b]
[spoiler]- Massively increase damage output per shot since its slow firing with low ammo
- Add elemental damage for shields
- Overpenetrate should be a standard perk for this weapon, even without upgrades
- OHK from chest up in PvP
- Remove Red Glare when ADS
- White Nail perk like Black Hammer for PvE
- Increase reserve ammo
- Speed up the bolt pull after each shot.
- Remove bolt pull animation when clip is empty - go straight to reload (change magazine) like every other weapon in the game.
- Remove wobble when ADS (no other sniper does this)
- Re-class weapon as a marksman rifle and remove the zoom when ADS
- Give it three different sights like legendary weapons (I know exotics don't have this but you can make an exception)[/spoiler]
This is all I can think of for now. Everyone feel free to add your own ideas.
Many of us really love this weapon but its not a viable choice at the moment. We challenge our selves using it - knowing that another sniper would do better in our hands.

I was thinking, The Master should have stacking precision damage after each precision hit for 20% stacking up to 5 times, resetting after each reload.

They just need to add Third Eye and remove the red glare. It only makes PERFECT SENSE. It is logically impossible to have a No Land Beyond with red glare and no radar. Other than that, the gun is fine. It DOESN'T have low impact! It hits like a sniper!

No land beyond was made SPECIFICALLY for run and gun pvp players

Someone suggested making it a heavy weapon instead of primary and having it do absolutely insane damage, kind of like an old elephant gun or PTRS/PTRD anti-tank rifle. Place it in the heavy slot and have it out-DPS Gjallahorn (with crit hits), thus making it a great boss-killer, but shitty against mobs due to no splash damage and poor rate of fire. I feel like that would be the best way to go with this thing, and would give it an actual use. And take out the damn excessive zoom.

They already pretty much said that it and the Necro won't get a buff. They said both work as intended and They are satisfied with both. They also said that the reason the no land beyond is clunky and slow is to balance out the weapons one hit kill in pvp. They said it "Fits a specific play style" and if buffed it would become to powerful in pvp. Ones again they prove they only think about pvp. The weapon is shit so don't use It and move on.

Are you on the ps4? If they ever enable private matches I would like a good challenge. OHK would be too op but with a slight increase to impact and if the Master actually worked then it should be. Definitely need to swap out Mulligan such a horrible perk for this weapon. I like the later idea of reducing flinch. It's almost impossible to get that first shot or second while getting hit.

There is no question that No Land Beyond needs improvments, however I totally love using it. But The Lens flare thing needs to go.... That is a huge miss that shouldn't be there. A iron sight should not give away a red dot in battle. So if bungie removes that then I will be happy. If they add some more improvments then I will be jumping around killing fallen with joy!

I love everything except "one-hit-kill from chest up in PvP." I know there's some weapons that can one-hit at range, but that's a major issue. NO sniper, Exotic or otherwise, should one-shot if it's not the head. That's just poor design in a game like this.

I abosolutely love all the suggestions for changes, except for the one shot body shot. This could just be fixed by slightly increasing the fire rate.

no land beyond with its sticky accuracy is super amazing . you just need skill. aim to the head .... wait till it sticks to the head and shoot.

No lense flare, no zoom while ads and swap mulligan for unflinching and it would actually be a good weapon imo
