Glitched Ghost/Grimiore
The ghost for Darkness Fragment 3 which is on earth in the lunar complex on earth does not appear for me. Also after reaching 5000 kills as a hunter in the crucible I did not get the last 5 points. A few friends of mine are in the same boat.
PS: The Ghost sitting on the rocky outcrop in "The Wakening" does not appear for me or several people I know. Any help on this would be appreciated.
