Destiny says I am not connect to Xbox Live but I am and all other games and apps work
Unable to play because I get an error code saying I am not connect to Xbox Live. I am connected to Xbox Live and all my other games and apps works.
Are Bungie's Destiny servers down or is it something else?

I had to try getting done this "update" many times since Destiny says I must be connected to xbox live. Finally my game "updated", I got boot again, and now I have to update again. That was all bullcrap.

Took me 6 attempts to sign in and now I keep getting booted even with solo runs. BS!

I believe it's the destiny servers.

I'm able to log into my account now but when I go into orbit and select the tower I'm not able to go due to "waiting for party stabilization" then after about 4-5 minutes I am kicked out to the home screen. Sucks having limited amounts of time to play and I'm not able to lol. But oh well, I'll catch it some other time.

1 ReplyFinally got into tower. No issues there. Started the daily story quest twice & both times only got 1 minute into it, then got booted to orbit. Tower seems like the only place I can go.

2 RepliesXbox live is having problems with matching paid content and subscriptions. It's a Microsoft/xbox live account problem. Also I think that all the problems with "net code" on B4, Destiny "insect and small animal codes," Halo MCC, and all of these multiplayer problems are a windows problem. I also believe that MS has forced a gag-order/threat if made public. Just guessing.😷

Destiny facebook says "Happy Holidays, Guardians!" no mention of the problem that you can't play the game.

Bungie Twitter says "Xur is back in the Tower. Are you able to reach him? Bring your strange coins." Well I would do that if I could play the game. lol Instead tell us about Xur tell us what the problem is what is being done to fix it.

1 ReplyIn these times of heightened customer service Bungie's customer service has no way to talk to them. No phone number for help, no email address for help and no chat function. Worse than Microsoft and that's saying something. Bungie CS is only forums and their fbook and twitter which they don't respond to your post or put updates on acknowledging a problem so you at least can stop pulling your hair out trying to figure out whats wrong.
