Why Hunters have a bad name.

This is how I was recently threatened by a hunter for telling him how I enjoyed my titan more than I enjoyed my recently deleted hunter.
I respect hunters but please don't tell me you guys are all this defensive about someone sharing their opinion on a favored class because frankly this is a bit sad to see.
I am not creating a hate thread because I do love hunters as fireteam members, but I just want you guys to know why and how some people give you a bad name on the forums.
I don't mean to offend, I mean to inform.

Champions of norath, Diablo etc... always a archer type class in those games. And the Hunter in Destiny is the classthat resembles that fighting style the most.

WARLOCK PRO'S: FAST RECOVERY /WARLOCK CONS: LOW HEALTH AND SPEED/HUNTER PRO'S: HIGH SPEED/ HUNTER CONS: VERY LOW RECOVERY AND HEALTH/ TITAN PRO'S: TONS OF HEALTH/ TITAN CONS/ LOW RECOVERY, AND VERY LOW SPEED... I prefer the Titan over all... Titan= 1st/ warlock=2nd/ hunter=3rd.

I respect all players that respect me back, and I play as a hunter (I have one of each but I like the hunter's play style the most~), but I can't speak for others. And quite frankly most of the people I have met online and disliked were actually Hunters, and the only idea I have for this is because hunters are kind of like a default class for most FPS players to go to, so you have a large amount of the dreaded COD kids in the hunters and a small amount of people who just play for fun and not to "xXMLGquickscopeurmumXx".

Dude, that was one idiots opinion. Don't get so defensive over that and spam this thread over the forums. It doesn't make all Hunters assholes, just him. The forum is full of them.

1 ReplyI play as both Hunter and Titan. While Hunter is my main, I have hella good fun on my Titan. Not all of us are like that pathetic Huntard in your pictures. He's got some personal life issues he needs to deal with, I imagine. The rep for rolling a Hunter is frustrating to deal with, but I've only been playing about three weeks. I also only rolled a Hunter because my brothers a Lock.
